Shipping policy
Effective date: 20 October 2026.
This policy explains dispatch, international transport and delivery for orders we handle for business customers. The accepted shipping quotation identifies the route, estimated transit time, charges and any route-specific conditions.
1. Before a shipment is booked
Confirm the destination, complete address, postal code, recipient contact, SKU, quantity and declared contents. Tell us about restricted or regulated items and special packaging requirements. We will confirm a suitable route before booking. Availability depends on the goods, package size, destination and current carrier restrictions.
Shipping charges may depend on actual or volumetric weight, whichever the selected route uses, plus disclosed surcharges. If final measurements materially change the quoted cost, we will seek approval before proceeding. Taxes, remote-area fees, insurance and special handling are included only where stated.
2. Processing and dispatch
Processing time is separate from transit time. Sourcing, supplier production, inbound delivery, intake checks, custom packing and unresolved order questions may be required before dispatch.
For this policy, business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in mainland China. Times are China Standard Time, UTC+8.
Same-day dispatch for orders received before 8:00 AM China Standard Time is a target for eligible orders only: stock must be available, payment cleared, order data correct, required checks completed and the selected carrier operating. Orders received later, on holidays or with unresolved exceptions move to the next available dispatch opportunity. A dispatch target is not a guaranteed delivery date.
3. Estimates and tracking
The route quotation should state whether an estimate uses calendar or business days and when the transit period starts. Unless stated otherwise, transit starts when the carrier accepts the parcel. A label being created is not proof of carrier handover.
We will provide the available tracking reference after dispatch. Tracking updates may be delayed, transferred to a local carrier or less detailed on certain routes. Estimated dates can be affected by customs, peak periods, weather, inspections, carrier capacity and local delivery conditions. A delivery guarantee applies only if expressly included in the accepted service.
4. Customs, taxes and declarations
The quotation should identify the applicable delivery terms and who is responsible for import clearance, duties and taxes. Where a tax-paid route is agreed, its coverage and exclusions must be stated. Otherwise, the importer or recipient is responsible for applicable import formalities and charges.
We use the product and value information confirmed for the shipment. We will not knowingly make false customs declarations or understate value. Provide required certificates, registrations and recipient documents promptly. Customs release and local regulatory decisions remain subject to the relevant authority.
5. Address changes and failed delivery
Request an address change or cancellation as soon as possible. We will confirm whether it can still be made; changes are not effective until confirmed. Once processing or transport has started, interception may be unavailable or chargeable.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid import charges or an uncollected parcel, we will share available carrier options. A return, redelivery, storage or disposal charge must be explained when known. Carrier deadlines can be short. We cannot guarantee interception or return after that deadline, and will assess charges and responsibility from the actual cause rather than treating every failed delivery as the customer's fault.
6. Damage, missing items and delivery scans
Report damage, shortages or the wrong product under our Refund Resend and Returns Policy. Keep the parcel, label and packaging while the issue is reviewed. Photos, an unpacking video if available and a description of the problem can help establish what happened.
If tracking says delivered but the recipient did not receive the parcel, check the delivery location, household or reception and local carrier promptly. Send us the information available. A delivery scan is relevant evidence but does not prevent us from investigating contrary evidence. We will help request carrier delivery details where available.
7. Late or lost shipments
If a parcel remains undelivered 7 calendar days after the latest date in the quoted transit estimate, contact us to start an overdue-shipment investigation. We can investigate earlier where tracking shows an exception. This investigation point is not an automatic loss declaration or refund deadline.
Loss criteria, claim deadlines, evidence requirements, insurance and any carrier compensation limit vary by route. Material restrictions must be disclosed before you accept the route. If a route has no recoverable compensation, that limitation must be expressly identified before booking. We will assess our own handling responsibility separately from a carrier claim and explain the available remedy.
8. Returns and special destinations
Do not send a parcel to our business address or the sender address on a label without written return instructions. A return address may belong to a carrier or an overseas handling partner that cannot accept your return.
Delivery to remote areas, PO boxes, islands, military addresses or restricted destinations requires route confirmation. We do not promise coverage to every country. For an unresolved issue, contact us with the order and tracking references so we can review the shipment and explain next steps.
